Sales Proposal Architect (SPA) is a Windows-based proposal design application that helps users design winning proposals. The system generates proposals that follow the structure and content guidelines in Bob Kantin’s books.
 

This software product operates somewhat like an expert system. It presents the user with a series of 80–90 design items for five standard proposal sections and a title page. A user’s responses are stored in an Access database. After completing the design items, a user clicks the generate proposal button and SPA generates a fully-formatted Microsoft Word document including page numbers and an automated table of contents.

SPA is intended for individuals and companies that need to write sales proposals to close business that typically have the following characteristics:
· Need to improve their current proposals.
· Need to write their first proposal.
· Are unable or unwilling to pay for professional services.
